The Gane Trust was created in 1954 in Bristol, and has a particular remit for the South West, though we accept applications from all over the country.
The Trust exists to support people in any aspect of the crafts, design and arts or in social welfare and care.
- We accept applications in these areas only.
- We do not fund course fees or provide living costs.
- We do not accept post-graduate course applications.
- The grant normally available is £500 or less, but in exceptional cases up to £1000 can be awarded.
We meet three times a year, Spring, Summer and Autumn
