Encouraging people engaged in the arts, crafts and social care is vital. We need your help to deliver support effectively.
You can help in several ways:
Making Suggestions
We welcome suggestions for new activities, within our Trust Deed's objectives (see Home Page). They should be sent to the Secretary IN WRITING.
Feedback
We encourage feedback and updates on progress from people given grants.
Financial support
The Trust relies solely on its investments to finance its work, but we still need to increase our capital to develop our support. You can help this through:
A gift during your lifetime - inter vivos - is very easy: include gift aid and we can reclaim some of your tax. To discuss this contact the Chairman or the Secretary (we guarantee your confidence).
A legacy: an efficient way to give with considerable tax advantages: if you still need the money later in life, it has not been disposed of. There are two methods of bequest:
• a specific amount - though a surge in inflation could severely reduce the amount.
• a proportion of your estate, which is more likely to maintain value.
How to frame your gift
• It is always best to obtain professional advice
• A donation without legal constraints is more useful, though we naturally take very seriously any wishes expressed by a donor.
